Moving Sharefile app to the trash bin does not fully remove the Sharefile configuration data from the device, therefore if you need to do a fresh re-install you must run an uninstall script.
In order to uninstall the Sharefile app launch terminal and type the following:
cd /Applications/ShareFile.App/Contents
./uninstallSync.sh
