Android dont trust internal root certificate since 7.0

Hi,
we have a issue that our internal root certificate dont work on device´s since android 7.0.
The only option is that we make root on our devices and add later our root certificate. have somebody another solution for this issue ? we use airwatch.

Are you using Android Enterprise or Device Admin for device management?

Is your Android fleet Samsung devices or mix of different devices?

Hi Daniil,

we use different devices and until now we dont use Android Enterprise, rather a classic administration over airwatch with a couple of profiles.
