I have on premise Airwatch and enrolled to Android for work. the normal public apps can be deploy without any issue. however, when i try to publish the internal apps, it keep showing pending release. but i have no idea where to approve the apps.
With Android Enterprise all apps have to be installed via the Play Store (the play store may host the entire app or just the metadata)
Your Internal apps need to be published into the play store (privately) and then be made available to your Play Store for work.
