EAS profile unable to Authenticate while outlook App is working fine

Hello Everyone

We have a issue in your organization were if i push native mail box account on Samsung device, its unable to authenticate the EAS mail profile.
However outlook app is working fine were there is no issue with Authentication.
Even tried to disable and enable MFA didn’t help.

You might have a conditional access policy that requires MFA or some other condition for ActiveSync, exclude ActiveSync from conditional access rule

Are you using basic or cert based auth for ActiveSync mail config?

We don’t have any conditional access policy for for EAS.
We are using Basic auth

Do you have modern auth turned on?

Do you have any details regarding the Device? OS Version? Samsung Native Mail version etc?
