In the old days you installed an EIS, pre AW 8.3 you installed a MAG. In 8.3+ this has been split out yet again to AirWatch Tunnel AND Content Gateway.
If you want the same functionality as you had pre 8.3 you must download and install both installers, these will co exist on the same server.
The problem is that this is not clear in any documentation I can find, also the Tunnel installer is still called the MAG installer which is also confusing.

Mobile Access Gateway 8.3.4.0 Installer.exe
Also if you upgrade the platform from 8.2 to 8.3 it will auto populate the Content Gateway bit.
