I wanted to understand that if we enable managed Google Play account to manage Android enterprise devices in Intune.
Will this ask the user to re-enroll the device again?

No it won’t, to actually have the ability to silently push/install the Google Managed Play apps to devices, you need to apply an Android Enterprise config profile to the devices which will create a container to put the work applications in
When you assign the Android Enterprise config, you need to open the Microsoft InTune Company Portal app on the device and it will ask you to create/activate the work profile which is simple to do with a few clicks of the prompts
