XenMobile 10.3.6 sAMAccountName vs UPN

There are two options for passing the username and domain with XenMobile 10.3.6 sAMAccountName & UPN

In order to change the method you have to:

  1. Configure the LDAP connector in the XMS server to use either SAM account name or UPN
  2. Configure the following Netscaler LDAP parameters to match XMS configuration:
  • Server Logon Name Attribute
  • SSO Name Attribute

Note: Changing authentication method will break accounts that have already enrolled into XMS. They will need to be removed and re-enrolled in order for auth to work again.
