If you are seeing the following error:
“Your administrator has not authorized this app.”
from your AppConnect Apps on a device and you have configured AppConfig and AppConnect Policy and you are seeing that the App is Authorized from within the details of the device > apps > app connect app section:
Then the reason that the App is not being authorized is that the Global settings for licensing have not enabled that App to be used, simply goto settings > additional settings > licensed products and select the product to enable that you are licensed for.
