Export file from managed app to unmanaged app (AIP and DataProtection) Exclusion

Hello - Im looking to do the following without opening the flood gates when it comes to AIP and DataProtection.

How to get a File out of a microsoft managed app into an unmanaged app.
Specifically: A file in OneDrive\Outlook (PDF file type) and have it exported so that only the unmanaged app (Acrobat) can open it, and not to any other private\personal app.

Can Intune do this?

Firstly, there is an Acrobat version that may be managed by Intune and secondly why would you want the pdf to be opened at all MS native apps.
