Tunnel for Windows 10 - automatic triggering not working

Has anyone else issues with automatic triggering of the Tunnel with Windows 10 desktop?

As an example I tried these KVPs:

TrafficFilterList/0/AppId
Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe

TrafficFilterList/1/AppId
C:\Windows\explorer.exe

TrafficFilterList/2/AppId
Microsoft.RemoteDesktop_8wekyb3d8bbwe

The tunnel won’t fire up when I open these apps - manually triggering the tunnel works fine.
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise 1709!

Any pointers?

Please share your VPN config so we can help to find the root cause!

You shouldn’t use use explorer.exe. There’s a System variable if you want things like ping and network drives to work. Better off having an always on VPN and mapping split DNS/tunneling properly.
